Description
This mod makes NPCs not insanely overpowered with their health. Some NPCs will have nutty health though, but I can't figure out why that is so deal with it.

"Classic programmer, too lazy to fix the problem, saying 'it's good enough'" ~ The Arbiter/Host, literally immediately after publishing this mod.

just make the mod effect only and intractable npcs and for officers to prevent most npcs being weak.
