I know some people on rivals are okay just throwing together assets or just fighting moves for a character, but I myself only want to make characters that I feel like I can actually make a unique and accurate playstyle for. So no, the only way to do that would to just be using all the characters in kindergarten as different attacks which is something I prefer to not do.
