Weak Flight: a nerf patch for Not Just for Birds

Description
Despite my best efforts a few of you have insisted that my trait "Aerodynamic Flight" is OP. This optional "Weak Flight" patch overwrites my trait and a few related ones with a nerfed version that lacks the job or leader bonuses. Suitable for underpowered play.

If you want the full flying experience you can simply use "Not Just for Birds" without this patch.

Load below "Not Just for Birds". New game recommended.

@Tidalgrunt I wanted to make the base trait as appealing as possible. I felt a base buff would be the least controversial.

Wouldn't it have been more accurate to the "lore" of the mod to make the trait give a hit to menial jobs and a bonus to specialist or ruler ones, rather than a flat buff? Specifically regarding the originalk trait, since I only found this while browsing and I'm too lazy to look for it.
