Good mod, I like having to fuel vehicles and set up grids but dealing with the power plant is annoying

@polcorp Yes, I thought so too! But it's not just me who has uses for the mod, so I thought I'd ask what other people think.

The plant is useful for developing new mods, for which it's good to have no cost; but I'm sure that this is not a common use case.

@Zyx Abacab : It might be an idea, but I don't think it's necessary. In my opinion, what people are looking for with this mod is the free side ...don't you think?

On second thought, maybe this building shouldn't be (almost) free to build too.

What does everyone think? Should the cost of building be increased?
