OBO: Minigun rebalance

Welcome to OBO, the Overall Balance Overhaul, pronounced "oboe" (yes, like the instrument).

OBO is itself split up into many smaller mods to make finding, using, mixing and matching easier for users, and to make updating them easier on my end. Please read the main collection page for more info, as this description will only cover this submod specifically.

This is the Minigun rebalance mod, which makes little tweaks and edits to everyone's favourite death machine.


RATIONALE:
The Minigun in vanilla SS4 was... actually pretty good, and one of Croteam's best iterations of it, possibly since Serious Sam 2. I feel they were a bit heavy-handed in the spread penalty for duel wielding, but I understand why. This is the issue with duel wielding; if you make it useable as an off-hand weapon with a different weapon in the other hand, then it becomes abusable with two of the same gun. If you make it crappy when duel wielded with two of the same gun, then it sucks as an off-hand weapon. Thus, I had to strike a balance.

Aside from slight tweaks to the spin up time and singular accuracy, what this mod does is it makes the duel wield accuracy vastly more useable. I hope you enjoy this, as I sure did.
