OBO: Enemies Part 2, collisions/weakspots

Description
Welcome to OBO, the Overall Balance Overhaul, pronounced "oboe" (yes, like the instrument).

OBO is itself split up into many smaller mods to make finding, using, mixing and matching easier for users, and to make updating them easier on my end. Please read the main collection page for more info, as this description will only cover this submod specifically.

This is Part 2 of the Enemy portion of OBO, the collisions/weakspot mod, which contains all headshot and weakspot changes. Please read the description for Part 1 for more info on how this has been implemented.

This mod also functions as standalone, so you can use this if you want certain enemies to have headshots while others don't.

INCOMPATIBILITIES:
This mod includes the removal/reworking of headshots, and thus, will be incompatible with other mods that alter such weakspots, including NSKuber's "Brute -armor +headshots" mod (mine does the same thing), as well as the "Disable headshots" mod by phoenix™ and RFC. A big thanks to NSKuber himself for helping me figure out how to rework the Zealots' (Brutes) armor myself. Feel free to read the changelog below for specifics.

NOTE, INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO EDIT ENEMY WEAKSPOT MULTIPLIERS:
In order to modify an enemy's headshot multiplier, you have to open the model you want to modify.

1. Open the enemy's .mdl file under Content/SeriousSam4/Models/Enemies/[ENEMY NAME].
2. Using the dropdown menu at the bottomleft, switch to "Collision Editor". Switch from "Parts" to "Shapes" next to that.
3. At the bottom-right, you'll see three more dropdown menus. In the middle one, select DamageMultiplierHulls, and in the next one, find something similar to "Head", or whichever part you want to modify.
4. On the panel WAY down bottom-left where there's tabs like "Mechanism" and "Selection", click on the "Selection" tab, expand the "Hull" item in the top-left panel, and look for "Part Data". Note that removing the "Part data" property value removes bonus damage, or tweak the properties therein.
