More Dogs + Dog Backpack - Patch

Description
A small patch to add compatibility for Hoser's "More Dogs" and bspawn's "Dog Backpack". I haven't tested it with all the new dogs yet, but the ones I've tested worked fine so the rest should as well.

Place this below both of the required mods in your load order.

The patch needs to be below the required mods in your load order.
