Tiger II wrecks

Description
Wrecks of Tiger II tanks to place next to roads or in storage locations. They're found in the monuments tab and are almost free to place.

I won't be using these, but I have a feeling that a lot of "realistic start" maps that I might like are going to have these dotted around...

they could also be used to simulate a firing range for a pretend army, come to think of it...
