Technically Survival Ready | Solar Powered, Thrusters are Piped and Functional

During 'Black Desert Shipworks' tenor as the defacto Government on Pertam, they Operated a large network of Communication Satellites that connected to an equally large network of Ground Up/Down-links and Outposts. This Particular model of Satellite was the smallest Operated by Black Desert, and was primarily used for bouncing signals from Up-link to Down-link, or for Surveillance Duties, instead of being used as a Comm Hub or Off-World Backup like the Larger Satellites. It carries Two Large Hydrogen Tanks, and provided its orbit is not majorly disturbed, can potentially orbit the planet for as long as it has Fuel.

In the Years after the bankruptcy and collapse of Black Desert, and the subsequent collapse of the local government, a Majority of these Satellites and their larger counterparts were De-orbited either intentionally or over time, were destroyed by passing ships or meteor showers, or simply went offline. There are a Limited Number of these Satellites still Operational, most of which are in use by the various Factions that now claim control over the Planet. Most Functioning Ground-Based Up-links and Down-links are near-constant War zones, as control over even a small part of the Network is a huge tactical advantage.
