[Incompatible] EK : Armory Vanilla Balance + Extras

Description
This mod balances EK's firearms, small and big ammunition, armor, suits, darts, crafting, except for melee/grenades/explosives/depth charges. Also adds a few custom items, visual changes, fixes, and more.
As seen in the first screenshot, this mod must be enabled after EK Armory, above EK Armory on the list, and make sure to do it each time this mod is updated since updated mods drop down to the bottom of the load order.

Unfinished:
- Crafting recipes for weapons and ammo (most are done but not unlockable)
- Microtorpedoes and rockets - functions, damage, recipe changes

Brand-new:
- Pipe Rifles use welding fuel and bullets
- Extended Depleted Fuel Coilgun Ammo
- Weapon Modification Table
- Brass
- Gunpowder
- Pyrotechnic composition (for flares)
- 10-minute death affliction (for Neurotoxin coilgun ammo)
- Homing Microtorpedo
- Proximity fuses FOR EVERYTHING (not really)
- Non-rechargeable laser gun ammo
- Empty shotgun shells

Visual changes:
- Sprites for vanilla Physicorium ammunition
- Hybrid ammunition sprites
- Small railgun shell changes
- Extended coilgun ammunition sprite positioning

Non-balance changes:
- Recycling recipes for ALL submarine gun ammo
- Improved weapon carrying/aiming animations
- Muzzleflash, laser sight and flashlight positioning
- Standardized submarine gun ammo naming (breaks non-English languages for a few items no known fix)
- Gauss rifle charged fire
- Microtorpedo Slug > Decoy
- Microtorpedo HE and Physicorium > Proximity fuses
- Microtorpedo Short-Fuse > Homing
- Rocket Short-Fuse > Proximity fuse
- Flak ammunition (all of it) > Proximity fuses

Fixed bugs from original EK Armory:
- Psycosis Dart
- Laser Diode and Gauss Coil prices
- Hybrid Coilgun Ammo (normal type) recipe
- Flak coilgun ammo projectile sprite
- a few more, can't find the notes

Deprecated:
- Loading Kit

Vanilla changes:
- Revolver ammo is 50% cheaper
- Physicorium harpoons are 50% faster
- Slightly cheaper Explosive harpoons

Coming up next:
- Toxin coilgun syringes act in 5 minutes
- Toxin and Laser Emitter ammo becomes sellable, Laser Emitter also becomes buyable
- Craftable gun ammo

Firstly, this mod doesn't work. Or at least it's not supposed to work.
Secondly, ammo is uncraftable in this unfinished build.

@djvirus It clearly says it's incompatible (in the sense that it most likely won't even turn on.)
Because the 0.18 recipe changes most likely won't be reverted, I can resume working on this mod but I need time to review EK's new balance.

For those who are waiting for an update,
I could update it now (0.18 makes overriding work again) but the vanilla balance has been broken.
I'm not sure if the devs will or won't revert recipe changes (Steel costs 2 carbon 1 iron, railgun shells cost 2 steel etc.)

also the rising tide makes my server extremely laggy and un playable (becoming a void unit with that lag is impossible)
