A Zero skin over Kragg? What kind of ridiculous idea is that?

A very ridiculous idea but I like Zero and I like playing Kragg, it was inevitable.

This is an advanced skin for Kragg, sprites, animations, sound effects have been changed. In addition some hitboxes have been slightly altered.
An incomplete list is shown below (because I forgot to actually write it down during creation):

- Forward Air: Hit-box is moved slightly up to accommodate for animation
- Down Air: Hit-box is moved slightly forward to accommodate for animation
-Dash Attack: Hit-box lifetime has been extended 7 frames to accommodate for animation
-Forward Strong: Hit-box is moved slightly forward
- Down Special (Air-Version):
Hit-box is moved downward to accommodate animation
Hit-box size has been decreased
When landing before the attack is initiated, the hit-box extends outward
-Taunt: Hit-box timing and position altered to correspond with animation

To-do:
Small touch ups, maybe refining animations, hurtboxes, and adding proper SFX to some moves if I ever get around to it.
