Description

Cultural Babylon - 文化版巴比伦

This mod replaces the Babylon's UA with the ability to skip civics through inspirations, as well as changing the debuff of
science to culture. LA, UU, UB are still remained.

New UA: Inspirations provide all of the Culture for civics. -50% Culture per turn. Grant the Civic Code Of Laws at the start of game. All Diplomatic policy slots in the current government are converted to Wildcard slots. Border expansion rate has an extra 100% boost for compensate.

Besides, the version which Hammurabi can skip both techs and civics has been released. You can subscribe it on my homepage.

@环己烷 HD最近的更新把UA移到LA上了，UA换成了新的。这样文巴就变成科文都跳了

@Shorek 应该是已经适配了的，以前我用HD正常玩过，不用单独适配

@Remlap1223 这是个显而易见的idea，正因如此很多人也想过跳市政该怎么玩，那么这个mod就来满足这些人的需求，让他们真的能体验到这样的文明，这才是这个mod存在的意义。至于你提出的第一条，我觉得不会有人会开着这个mod，然后玩其他文明还追求文化胜利。第二条，两个娱乐区跳职业体育，但是跳了又如何呢？就为了一个不能敲的娱乐三级建筑、敲不了的奇观和强度就那样的滑雪场？相比同期真正强力的civics，选举权、冷战、全球化、社交媒体以及三个四级政体civics，哪个是前期能做得了的呢？着急跳到原子能时代只会让城邦任务变成：训练一个航空母舰之类的东西。

There's a reason why this hasn't actually been implemented.
1. Culture is your defense against tourism, so this bonus would actually be detrimental against a cultural powerhouse like Russia.
2. Inspirations have very early triggers. Professional Sports Requires 2 entertainment complex districts. So if I build two, I instantly hit the Atomic Era? With tourism providing tile improvements?
So this is all around bad design. Extremely overtuned while also providing a terrible downside with no workaround.
