Description
You've just received your draft notice. Goodbye my darling hello Vietnam...

This is the Vietnam War. The North is armed and poised to strike. The South is desperately relying on American troops to keep the Vietcong guerrillas at bay. Meanwhile innocent civilians try to get by in the middle.

You have full operational authority in this mission. You may make an attempt to push through the DMZ and nip the war in the bud. You may attempt to interdict VC supply in Laos and Cambodia. You may waste away in the south, building your sandcastle in the tide.

YOU WILL NEED TO GRAB THE ALIVE TABLET FROM THE ARSENAL TO UTILIZE COMBAT SUPPORT.

THE SCENARIO WILL LAG HEAVILY ON STARTUP. THIS WILL GET SLIGHTLY BETTER AS UNITS GET SPAWNED AND VIRTUALIZED.

The lag will improve greatly once you leave base on missions. The base is very heavily defended for obvious reasons so this eats resources.

Alpha 1-4 is the Game Master. Alpha 1-1 and 1-3 are both forms of special forces. Alpha 1-2 is a infantry platoon. If you are playing alone, disabling the extra AI may help performance. These men will respawn on death though, RECRUITABLE AI WILL NOT.

To be completed you must also use Alive Battlefield Manager.

I notice even when leaving main base fps is still bad. Is there a fix? This looks fun to play

@KingBuzzo1505 I will have to take a look at the scenario again. Likely something broke. @Solite I had issues getting that to work in the first place so that likely broke as well. I'll update this within the next week or so, make sure it still works. @JumboMumbo ALiVE takes all the credit, couldn't have made this without that mod.

So when I start it up, the AI just stands around and the ALiVE tablet doesn't have a commander function to assign missions. How do I get things rolling, or get assigned missions? Sorry if I'm not picking up on something. Mission seems super cool!

Great mission, loads to do. I have an issue though, when I die it spectates my squad but doesn't respawn me. Me and a mate played co-op and it was the same, I even tried with turning the AI off as well.

I solved it by using the default, "equip laser designator". I'll make sure to try your suggestion too

@[TP]Laursen When you go to the arsenal crates, try going to loadout manager then click arsenal in the new menu that pops up.
