TLS VScript Map Fixes Revert

Description
Prevent all TLS VScript Map Fixes from loading.

Only works local / server-side or in single player.

Main TLS Team Github repo: is here[github.com].

This revert addon prevents everything in this changelog[github.com] from loading.

It simply replaces the mapspawn file[github.com] with an empty file.

This means all map fixes[github.com] and all new Versus content[github.com] never spawn in.

Will be updated as implementation / approach changes in the future.
