Added enhanced mana increase and recharge reduction spells.
Added mod settings.

ごめんなさい、PC交換等いろいろあって環境が残っていませんし、更新のための手順も忘れました。
うろ覚えですがmodフォルダ内のActions.luaでゲームへの追加を行っているので御自分で編集してください。
メモ帳などで開いて、それらしい部分を消すだけで何とかなると思います。

Can you make it possible to disable certain spells or make a mod that only has the spells with one plus instead of 2 plus's? I'd prefer to have only 2 more spells instead of 4.
