More Trait Points/Slots

The second part of this mod is too expand the number of trait points available to you in empire creation. The trait cost -99 points meaning that you will have 99+default species trait points to play around with. The problem with many mods that do this is that the AI can access these points too, in my mod I made it so that AI could not use this trait and that no AI will spawn with this trait.

More Civics

I've increased the number of civics to 4. This works for the AI too and results in a richer Stellaris experience.

Note: The 'refund' trait applies to all species classes including the DLC ones, as well as, robots and machines.

The new machine DLC has broken the Civics bonus for empires.

Hello, Voidseeker. The ai should never pick nor spawn randomly with it. You can give it to the ai by genetically engineering them or when creating an ai empire.
