no reload voice line because no suitable voice and I kinda dont like this

HEADS UP BEFORE YOU GET THIS. THIS WILL MAKE YOUR FOOTSTEPS DISAPEAR, I HAD TO SPEND 2 HOURS LOOSING MY MIND TO FIGURE OUT IT WAS THIS ADD ON
