Description
A secret polic... post office for 5 university educated loyal comrades, who wear black leather cloaks, and one car.
Good for small starter towns.

Not based on any particular building.

i really find that a nice idea that this secre.... uh i meanpost office really is so tiny bec the real secr.. i mean post office can be seen from miles ahead and always has the only cars in my rebublic not sus at all :)
