Description
I was annoyed by Paradox simply leaving the Russian Empire with the generic "Russia" and the Generic Neutrality Flag so I made this mod.

Things changed:

"Russia" is now "Russian Empire" after the Civil War when the Tsar is in Power.

It now has the Russian Imperial Flag instead of the generic Neutrality Flag.

Hi. Is it possible to update this for Gotterdamerung? Whenever you got Democratic Germany, it changes the name to German Republic, instead of Kingdom of Germany. I'm certain it's this as I have deactivated all other mods bar this one, and it still happens.
