Description
My current rework.

This is still a WIP, as I am working on tweaking the balance and also trying to enhance the way the AI behaves.
The current changes have already made the AI MUCH more challenging to play against, both in short term and in long term, but there's still some ways to go.

Changes:
bigger town range
faster growth
Ctesiphon's "Fishing Mod" included and tweaked Mod page: https://www.moddb.com/mods/fishing-mod
all factions now start with "Pastoralism" tech
northern herder factions start with "Nomadism" tech
2 New buildings: large stables and large barracks
tripled all tech effects, aside from military
added some new effects to buildings
tweaked some edicts
decreased age of majority for court characters
changed faction bonuses
changed resource abundance and distribution on map creation

I know you created this mod 4 years ago, but is there a way you could put more authority in the characters for more cities ?

The growth, especially the economic growth, is too much IMO. I am doing a GC Shu game, I am on turn 70 and am making about 20k a turn. The trade multipliers are too high.

As long as your local mod name is the same as the mod name of the creative workshop. It can be updated just like the operation when uploading mod

There is no 'Mods' folder.
