Dr. Fetus Tears

Description
Changes C Section's fetus tears to Dr. Fetus tears.

Originally I wanted to make this a unique tear effect only visible if you have both C Section and Dr. Fetus but I couldn't figure out how to do it.

For me it was the Zelda Hearts Mod turning C Section invisible :( Feels Bad

Yeah, I reccomend unsubbing from Floor base Keepers, it causes issues with MANY other mods, and while its cool, its not worth the trouble.

did some digging, and it turned out to be "Floor based keepers".

same issue of C section tears being invisible except i never used the troll face mod, so idk what could be causing it, they're still invisible after installing this mod and others that change how they look like

For anyone having an issue with c section being invisible, I had an issue where "boom fly trollface" was messing with c section.

Ok, no joke, this mod actually helped indirectly fix my issue with not being able to see C Section fetuses. Thank you
