These access roads run alongside highways throughout Texas and less commonly in some other parts of the US. They facilitate zoning along the highway corridor.

Please note that TM:PE is required for these assets. It is necessary to manually disable all pedestrian crossings to the highway side of the access road. Otherwise pedestrians will use both sides and interfere with traffic. Unfortunately, the sidewalk could not be removed from one side. The traffic AI doesn't support this, and it causes pedestrians to ignore traffic lights.
