Hovelax's Generic Focus Tree 2

Description
This is a more 'balanced' version of my original focus tree - smaller yet more logical and sticks to the core of making a Vanilla+ tree instead of something insane.

Very much so subject to change.

Hmm, I'll have to check that again but I'm pretty sure I couldn't actually select it. I guessed it might have to do with Sweden's "Swedish Tiger" thing that makes it harder to influence their politics perhaps. Not sure, however I did also notice another thing, the second research slot unlock didn't give it, but rather gave 500 manpower :)

@Wintermist - the focus tree for monarchism should work so that you should be able to take the monarchism focus at 40% neutrality or once the monarchism idea has disappeared which happens in like two years i think - either way it solves itself!

I tried this out with Sweden, trying to make them monarchist but the effect to get monarchism support doesn't actually last long enough for them to reach 50% so you can swap over. There's no advisor that gives monarchism support either so it kinda ends up0 a try for nothing ;)

Made a small mistake with the Communist path. Political commissars adds fascism and not communism

I like it. I'll have to compare it with the first version and see which one I prefer.

One thing I noticed however is that the naval doctrine focuses currently give research bonuses instead of xp cost reductions, resulting in no actual benefit.
