[ECR] Automated Research Beacon

With the recent Among the Ancients update, we have been given access to a new crafting bench, the Research Table! Many of our favorite subs do not have these installed yet, and so to help provide another location with access to genetic engineering I made a standalone Research Beacon to assist the Mad Geneticist on the go.

Europa Custom Retroffiters presents the Automated Research Beacon, your genetics lab away from home! Complete with research table, medical fabricator, and moon pool for easy access to all of the wonderful Europan wildlife! This beacon is powered by batteries, making this a unique yet rewarding challenge for the up and coming engineer. Two docking ports both above and below the station allow for another vessel to recharge the extra large capacity battery arrays.

The lower docking access has enough space to accommodate a Berilia-sized vessel, though surrounding terrain may not 100% guarantee clearance.
