Description
Please visit Conscryption, it is a new IP based on this mod and it has automation!
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2688267966

An attempt at making Inscryption work as a multiplayer game

Please leave feedback if you play

Built on top of Poly_0000's version but with many changes.
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2643861945

New assets are from the wiki which are in turn from the original game
I will take this down at request
Please play the full game before playing this as not all of the rules are explained

Features:

Adds the Back Line from the game (the player who won last goes first, so is at a disadvantage)

Haggle in a Pelt Trade between each match to build your deck (Now with an auto-dealer to skip the boring bit)

Stacks of completely unfair items to annoy your friends with (including some not in the base game)

Sacrifices can be made anywhere, but cards always get played to the backline.

I actually have an automated version up now, it's not using the 'inscryption' ip and is a little different to the game but the battling is automated

in that one, blood is replaced with 'Hearts' - I have a variant rule where hearts cards may be played n the space of the last card that was sacc'd but diamond cards (bones) cannot

So honest question because this is confusing me a little.

The backline is where you assemble your critters for battle.
The frontline is where the battling actually takes place.

I like this idea a lot because it allows player to strategize before a creature gets played.
HOWEVER, the concept of sacrificing is what has me confused - if you sacrifice a creature from the frontline, then do you play the creature on the frontline, or on the backline? And can sacrifices be made on the backline as well?

Hey, the bell isn't doing anything for me, is it supposed to? Any help would be appreciated :)

While I do like your idea for a long game centered around emulating the base game, I also have an idea for a one battle game that more closely emulate the start of the Casey's mod game. I have taken the time to reproduce 2 of the decks from that version, I am missing a few to complete all decks. I was wondering if you were interested in collaborating on this project?

I've said best of three in the rules but honestly idk, it's all still wip - i'm mostly using this as an excuse to learn some tabletop and a bit of coding and haven't really played it myself ^^'

Works like a charm, thank you! One more question, when's the game meant to end? Is there like a, total win count or something or do you just go until you're bored?

Possibly, I uploaded a new version, see if that works for you ^^

The circles between the loss marks, yes! They give me an imgur error message, the image is no longer available. You might be able to see it because you uploaded it? ;;

I just realised there's too many of them anyway haha
