Fixed a Longstanding Issue with the Beige Leather Vest Icon not appearing.
Thank @Gusbighead for pointing this out.

Changed Icons for Brown Leather vest and Jacket to better reflect there appearance.

Added to Loot Table, You can now finally find these vests out in the world!

Hey friend.
The "Crossed Leather Vest" is missing the icon. I look at the files, and at the textures, you put "Item_CrossedLeatheVestBeige" (Leathe Vest) instead of "Item_CrossedLeatherVestBeige". :steamthumbsup:
