Description
This mode makes it like COE4 and makes it so Vanilla Classes/Races don't lose when they have no more capitals in Sky/Elysium/Underground.

This Mod is AI friendly and they know how to use it!

Does this mod work with the total overhaul mod? Or does that mod already do something similar to this?
