[Old-GoldSrc] Chernobyl

I have ported de_chernobyl map to ravenfield in just 1 day. The original was published by KaLaSH. Geometry, textures and level objects are preserved. The lighting has been changed from a dark gray to a sunny like in old builds of stalker. The map is small, but perhaps in the future I will port the full Pripyat at the scale in which it is shown in Call of Pripyat, if I find a suitable original.
