Higher wireweed visibility

Description
Increases the visual impact of wireweed to roughly match forests.

Wireweed tiles should now be very distinct from fungus and others. They should also be clearly visible at all times, and all zoom levels.

I went ahead and installed this mod, but it just added more of the vanilla map heads over existing wire weed, not the vertical look shown in the screenshots.
