SAM - No Target and more

!! IT REQUIRES SAM !!

It adds some commands to SAM like !gotoa etc..

Commands:
!gotoa [player] -- Requests to that player if you can Teleport to him
!notarget [player] [0/1] -- 0 = deactivate 1= active Notarget on the Targets [Only Admins can target others]
!setspawn -- Sets the spawn from you
!setworldspawn -- [Adminonly] Sets the world spawn
!resetspawn -- yes......
!resetworldspawn -- yes


I tested some of commands but some not please send bugs/improvements here: https://gitlab.virtlabs.de/root/extra-sams

Its not the best but it should make its job!
