Quit Confirmation Disabler

Description
Disables the annoying quit confirmation message when quitting Left 4 Dead 2 from the menu. This was stupid easy to do, but I uploaded this here for convenience.

Will NOT work with menu mods such as Urik Menu. Your ingame HUD mods should still be compatible though.

Ditto, but also removes the Blog Post button.
My personal main menu that adds a bit more buttons to streamline things, but gets rid of the quit confirmation.
