Windows 95

Description
I had a weird idea late at night and I felt like I needed to make it. Like I know plenty of wallpapers like, these exist already but I at least wanted to try and make one myself. I added quite a couple of things; Windows Startup and Windows Startup screen, and even a clicking sound cause I felt like it needed it.



There was gonna be a cursor change (You know, to look like the one from Windows 95) but I can't get it to work.
