Description

Adds a new active item: Cain's Chest.
- Spawns a chest depending on the room you are in.
- 6 rooms charge time
- available in treasure and secret rooms
- full description in EID!
- sometimes spawns a sack, you can blame that on edmund
- cain does not start with it
- works with the Crimson Lock mod

Item art is just lil chest recolored if anyone wants help with that contact me.
