Elithian Races - No Hostile Events

Description
Disables all hostile random events in the Elithian Races mod, but leaves the two Alliance supply drops untouched. If ERM updates their events this mod may stop working, but shouldn't cause issues. Can be uninstalled safely. Not client-side.

I'm glad I looked for this. Seeing as how the Elithian Alliance mod hasn't been updated in 4+ years and the random event spawns usually just kill you over and over again 'cause they are seriously overtuned, this is definitely needed.

Only been using Elithian Races for a day now. And I can already see the appeal here. I may need this soon.
