Dust - No Clips

Description
Updated version of dust that opens all doors and removes crates blocking paths through the map. Allows bots to work better, not getting stuck as much.

Removed clipping from roofs as well in order to allow Artillery on BotMassacre servers to work better. BM server Engineers can also place steps in order to access roof tops.
