[1.4 Alpha] Plantera's Bulb Spawn

Built for 1.4 Alpha version of tModLoader.
Plantera's Bulb Spawn simply makes a consumable boss spawn for plantera rather than having to look for a naturally spawning bulb for up to an hour. It is crafted with the following: 5 daybloom, 5 blinkroot, 5 shiverthorn, 5 waterleaf, 5 moonglow, 5 deathweed, 5 fireblossom, and one of each of the souls from the mech bosses (Sight, Might, Fright).
