Hello Folks,

today's rather small release includes two variants of East German decorative fences. The fences are made up of many small concrete breeze blocks, with a circular and a cubic design.
Included are a standalone pillar, and each fence design in 3.5m and 7m length.
These fences really help if you want to capture the feeling of a (former) East German city, or maybe even soviet city.
They also obviously fit really well with my "Plattenbau" assets, but should also fit any other type of city.

BIG DISCLAIMER: These fences are pretty high-detail, so placing them comes at the cost of performance!


Background info:

I found the first fence variant in suburb in Halle (Saale), which was built around 1970 to 1980, so I assume these breeze blocks are from that time.
It could also very well be that they are post-soviet times, as I found a company which still sells these blocks up to this day.
Nevertheless these fences fit so well into a soviet/East German setting, I labeled them as such.

In-game:

The 5 different parts of these fences can be found under their names, starting with "DDR decor" or alternatively by searching for "East German".
The main part of the pillars is color-mapped, but defaults to white.
If you want to place these fences effectively, I suggest using the "Prop Line Tool".
You can also just place them manually, like any normal prop.

All parts share the same exact textures, so using the Loading Screen Mod to cut down on file size is advised.
