Western Sahara Fog Colour change

Description
Makes the fog on the CDLC Western Sahara map a more brown colour instead of blue/white. Thats all it does, doesnt change any other lighting.

Mod is fully signed.

Is this achievable through scripts by any chance? i was hoping to combine a more ashy smokey fog with a snow script to create the effect of ashes raining down on a city
