No Menu Button Sounds

Description
Mutes every sound that is related to interacting with the main menu and pause menu, such as the hover clicking noise, confirmation noise, unpausing sound, and the strange noise that plays when you try to adjust a slider past its set limit.

@Ｊａｋｉｙ strange. i can't reproduce this. the quit confirmation button's sound is properly muted for me. are you using a modded main menu? quitting before addons are finished loading?

Can you please mute the quit confirmation button as well? For some reason it's still there. Potentially all related to menu except the voting.
