USN Neptune is a scientific vessel with various instruments, capable of landing and planting itself on planets as a self sustainable base with retractable observatory room for total building height of 260m.

Due to it being essentially portable skyscraper with landing capability, the Neptune class is often seen used as temporary base, field hospital, and disaster relief center.
