Global Sahara Mobilization

I come back with a new configuration file but hopefully with the original idea of my old files. That's mean, select your mods in the Launcher/Workshop for your choosen countries
Each country received one "specification" in Equipement/Units due to reality :

For example :
- All OPFOR received one explosive charge to simulate his activities.
- BLUFOR Spec-Ops received concussive grenade to simulate his activities.

All mods AREN'T necessary, check below
