Changes all the Japanese Smallarms sounds to that of higher quality (Red Orchestra Rising Storm)

Includes different sounds for gunshots and reloading.

One small issue I had is that the Type 100 not always uses your new sounds, in a midwar game it used the default valour sound for me.
Oh also maybe you could change the Type 92 aircraft mg(Lewis copy) sound to the Lewis gun from your UK sound mod? Its available in the midwar time as an emplaced MG

Thanks a lot, the default valour sounds for the Japanese guns in dc are just horrible
