Description

UPDATE:
- Fixes bugs (Troops walking through water, unable to cross bridges)
- Removes unnecessary details (performance optimization)

REDRAWING OF BORDERS:
- Austria, Hungary and Czechoslovakia have been unified for balancing
- The balkans have been unified
- Other borders (Germany, benelux etc.) have been redrawn

TERRAIN:
- some minor mountains have been flattened (more space for actual building)
- lots of unnecessary trees have been removed
