Atago + (custom weapons coordinates fix)

This is an independent model. For it to work, you need to unsubscribe from the original addon.

Just fixed the coordinates of the hands of the Atago model for the correct display of weapons in the hands. I made a small 'patch' in the qc file code as seen on the screen. I also got rid of the 'ship parts' in bodygroups (torpedoes, etc.), considering them unnecessary.
Tested on weapons from Modern Warfare Base, RPW - Binoculars, etc.
