This mod changes all PZ songs to The Long Dark songs



ATTENTION: before installing this mod, please backup your files before any replacement

To install this mod , you must first go to this location...

C:\Program Files Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\108600\2683385650\mods\The Long Dark: Music\media\sound\banks\Desktop

copy the ZomboidMusic.bank file and throw it into the PZ folder located at Steam\steamapps\common\ProjectZomboid\media\sound\banks\Desktop

Due to the changes pz has had to your music and files, it is now very difficult to make changes to your audio due to the size and the files in it, if you notice any problem with low or high audio let me know please... :D


You have to go to the audio options and put it in Early Access, I don't know for the hell of it but that makes it play all the notes..

Just confirming @ShockedHearts' comment about one of the safe songs cutting out mid song before continuing a few seconds later. Really annoying, and I love this otherwise but it's a bit of a killer to the mood.

I just discovered that you can't use this with the "Afraid of Monsters" soundpack, because they both replace the same file.


(unless the "zombie sounds only" version doesn't replace the ZomboidMusic.bank aswell)

Love this so far but there seems to be a weird thing with one of the safe ambient tracks where it will just cut out mid song. and then start up after a few seconds again. dont know if this is an issue with the mod or on my side. but i did install exactly as described and its in early access audio aswell.

I can deal with it since its minor and this music is much better imo, but just wanted to see if this is normal if there is a possible fix~
