[ZAM] - Make Full Arsenal

Description
Make Full Arsenal
Placing this composition in Zeus on an object will make the object into a full arsenal that also allows players to save their loadout. If no suitable object is close it will create an arsenal box.

Actions:
Open Full Arsenal: Opens the full virtual arsenal for the player. Including faces, voices, and insignia.
Save Respawn Loadout: Saves a variable to the player so that when they respawn will reapply their current loadout to them.
Get Saved Loadout: Gets the saved respawn loadout and re-applies it to the player, allowing them to quickly rearm without opening the arsenal.

This composition only works in specific Public Zeus servers
