Rules changed:
Elite replacements cost at Deployment 50% more prestige (150% of unit price).
Elite replacements cost in Battle 67% more prestige (250% of unit price).
First 2 Stars of experience are gained faster (1st +100%, 2nd +15%).
Ammo replenished much slower (3 ammo per turn).
Small Airfields can house only 3 aircraft instead of 5.
General traits points cost adjusted to better reflect their severity
(Positive traits are now usually cost less, while negative ones - more).
Legendary Heroes now give 20 less prestige per turn (50 > 30).
Entrenchment give 25% more bonuses to defender.
Mass attacks are more effective.

New Units (override for R2G2 'New Units' pack if my mod placed later in list):

-Bf110 Heavy Fighters (nerfed with -2 on Initiative, Air Attack and Air Defense)
-Feldgendarmerie MP (boosted by only using 1 core slot)
