4.24 Customisable Boost gauges + Needle (Pack 1)

Last bunch of gauges for this mod, boost gauges! I know you all have been waiting for a while.

So what happens now? Basically, I'm taking a break from modding until 4.2, where i will combine all of these mods into 1 big mod, and also fix up many issues the models have (like bad scaling, materials, smooth shading, etc.). Then I plan to make another gauge pack, which is going to either be modern style, or 80s style gauges, and so forth, (each gauge mod will now be a certain design style).

Anyway aside that, the mod includes:
4x PSI gauges (20, 30, 40 & 60 psi)
4x bar gauges (1, 2, 3 & 4 bar)
