Welcome to Shoal Pier. We have recently bought some land of the council to try and improve this sea side town and bring in more tourists and revenue.

Due to this agreement, we have been given a loan by the local council but we must pay them back. We have also bought some basic blueprints to get the park up and running. Research more blueprints to improve our park and get our sea side town back to the hustle and bustle like it once was.

• Have a cleanliness rating of at least 95%
  
• Have at least 450 guests in your park
  
• Have at least 800 guests in your park
  
• Have no loan debts
  
• Optional: Have a decoration rating of at least 85%
  
• Optional: Complete all non-optional goals by the end of December, Year 4
  
• Must hold goals for 2 months
