Anti-Experimental Turret

Description
Adds new turret - Anti-Experimental turret.
Turret is very efective against experimentals or units with large amount of hp. Strong vs units without shield.
Can attack air OR ground and has "regen mode".
Deals huge, but direct damage and has 6 seconds shoot delay. ( damage - ~1500 )

I am finishing secondary school in next school year.
I have no idea, what I will do next, we will see what will happen then.

The last year has been crazy busy for me, I just finished my last year of college and have put most things on hold although now I am getting to catch up I have been spending time looking for work but to no avail. Hopefully things will turn out for the best from here.

Wow I did it almost a year ago, time flies. And we are still waiting for an update to this game, because for now, I have no ideas and no urge to do anything.

I tested mod and it doesn't cause any problems with AI not building experimentals ( or experimental factory ).
